The sound is choppy on Serato Dj 1.5.2

I am using Serato DJ 1.5.2, but when i'm using it the sound is very choppy. I tried to update to 1.6.3 but i couldn't open it, the screen just went white and nothing worked. So i am asking you now, is there any way to make the sound better on 1.5.2, or do you know any better update that works?

Have you tried increasing the size of the audio buffer already?

Looking at your previous posts your on windows,
so whats the computer model and spec, cpu & ram,

Here are the minimum specs for the ddj-sx
Supported OS (Windows):
Windows 7
32-bit: (CPU) 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo, (Memory) 2GB
64-bit: (CPU) 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo, (Memory) 4GB
