i just got the rane 62 but my cue points is not responding on the mixer or my mac. help

You should open a help request form and have you updated the firmware on the 62 since you got it?

Hey there, are you using Serato DJ 1.6.3 and have you updated your firmware to the latest? You can read how to do that here: dj.rane.com

I'am using 1.6.3 the firm ware is 2.21 yes everything is updated still the same problem

we good with the cue points i just can not route my sp6 sampler to the aux out

Can you not hit the A button in the SP-6 or can you actually route it but there's no audio? Can you explain exactly what is wrong?
