11015/19024 VSL on a PC: Controlling audio and video seperately

When playing a audio track I know you can drag and drop a video file on to the VSL player at the same time. However, when I do this the video plays from the same time that the audio track is on. Is there a way of dragging a video file on to an audio track that is already spinning but have the video play from the start? If you get what I mean...
