For some reason the player will open and will say loading but that's as far as I get. I have been able to use the player in the past. I use Windows Vista, Mozilla Firefox, Adobe Flash player version 10.0.22.87. I do close my browser and shut down computer at least weekly. I'm not sure if any of that info is helpful. Oh, I have not changed any software configuration either. I'm no computer wiz. Any suggestions as to what is going on and how to fix it?
