Hello, im wondering if anybody has had this problem before, ive search all around and have not been able to see, anything like this anywhere.
so here it is.
I own a windows vista, and just recently went with a mac.
my windows has 4gb of ram.
my mac 2gb of ram.
well the thing is i bought the video sl, and installed in my windows, and everything work fine,
but wen i installed in the mac, with the mac drivers, and the serato turn on, including the video but here is the problem, i get white windows were the video should appear, this happens, with or with out the sl.
i dont know what to do i tryed everything, i cant find a way how to solve the problem, is there something i can do.
or is it that i bought the key for windows and its not compatible with mac, if thats the case is there something i can do.
thanks.
