Second attempt at editing a video... tell me is it better than www.serato.com

It's very basic. Criticism and comments welcome.

upcoming star alert! much better than the last go round. liked it a lot. 1st rule of a good video edit, pick (or make) some audio that sounds good. well done sir.

the phantom lips/quick splice in the walking in the trees scene shook me a bit. if i were you i'd consider getting rid of that, especially for an edit that is otherwise flawless.

Don't know about the original so I can't judge the edit. But the quality of the video is excellent.
