Hi Serato
I am very impressed with the Serato forums, easy to use, nice prompt replies from Serato (and Vestax staff). Believe me, it is very freshing to have active participation from a software vendor!
However, I was wondering with the launch soon of the NS7 are there Numark people looped into Serato & ready to answer questions like the Vestax guys?

Hey dj-neosoul2go,
They sure are - Numark are all set to go and have already popped up on the forum in a few places. Once the NS7 is out, you'll definitely see them on here!

It's good to know everyone is looped in. Life (and products) are not always perfect, but with the right forum/support in place, we can all work together to make it better.
