Its a bad start i know! I will have to get some pics tonight cuz I realized I dont have any. The pics of the people show in the background the projector screen. Ill take hardware pics tonight and post em tomorrow, maybe by that time others will post!

10 foot screen with a short throw projector.

@DjaRage, do you have any issues with people bumping into the projector or blocking the screen? I thought about a doing a front setup that way but I worry about it getting in the way.

Nope, It's not really in the way of the dance floor (at that venue at least). You can't tell in that pic but the dance floor was pretty big. Here's a few more to give you an idea of how big the dance floor is.

I have done events where they wanted video but I didn't have that much space to work with so I had to project on to the wall behind me or use a rear projection screen. That's why I got a short throw projector. I only need about 5 feet for a 10 foot image.
