one if mine fell off while adjusting, is there any DIY way of getting it back on or do I have to send it away for repair?

Same with mine - not very happy about it at all, and bieng in the uk with no vestax suppliers I'm wondering what I'll have to do to get it fixed!!!!!!!

best bet is to send it back. you would void warrenty fixing......

but for what it's worth the part is a potentiometer9 single turn side mount) cost about 1.50 and there are three little pins that need to be soldered not a big deal to do.....

tell me about it! what a shame! i had to get mine from germany (was cheaper than advertised here anyway) but i'm pretty scared if something happens and would have to send it back. huge postage fees and plenty of time lost. it's all ok so far with mine...but fingers crossed!

All true guys.

My VCI300 was really temperamental on the left controller. Every-time i touched, it wouldn't register it! I got mine through WestEnd DJ (UK) around about november time (one of the most recent batches in the UK from what i can see). Luckily they was able to send it away to get it fixed. It took 7 weeks though, and all covered under the limited warranty.

I blame this on being the first batch and not because of poor quality build.

Lets just hope Vestax can sort our their suppliers quickly!

You're in Europe, lucky guy ... we have in Germany a two year warranty by EU law's ... so you can feel lucky. If you send it with UPS, that's maybe a problem ...

Further I would say to forward the shipping-cost's to the shop, because it's on warranty!
Talk to the shop first, then ship it !
