couldnt find a dedicated itch feature area so I will post it here.
thought about a "track color" option that will work much like the color coding of the waveforms when a track is loaded. more bass heavy percussive tracks would show as deep red and trebley tracks would have a blue hue in the crate list. Also the ability to kill this feature with a switch in settings.

i really dont see a need for this to bog down software resouces. I don't see it that useful in the scheme of djing. First a Dj should know thier music. Second that is what the pfl is for possible.
but honestly I don't see people coming up to a dj and saying. 'hey, could you play something with lot's of trebble.' :)

I see it as useful as a tool similar to a bpm sort. if I have a super glam trance track and I want to drop in some more drums or a bassline I can look for some tracks that are more red in the spectrum. of course we are meant to know our music but it might just be one of those tools to help see the tracks a bit better when you have thousands in a list.
just an idea

This feature is already in Itch. You can color code the tracks on your own.

casket hands means that itch should be doing this automatically.
