to do this you have to select the "Allow File Removal" tab in the setup section. i propose that since this option now allows you to toggle the editing in addition to file deletion, the tab should be changed to something like "Allow File Edit" or something similar to this.

Ditto that. The wording does nothing to tell the user that it needs to be enabled to allow editing of tags. Plus, it's only documented in one place in the new help file (in the explanation for the Allow File Removal setting explanation).
