Does anyone else get a lot of play in the pitch sliders?
sometimes with mine you can move them a good few mil without any change in pitch on the screen?

yes and i actually like that. i have a totalcontrol which was a beast to set to zero :)

I have that 2, but that isn't any different then a normal proffesional CD player
