I've been messing around with using MP4's in Ableton and I can't get a good output using the H264/MP4 settings - the output comes out kind of blocky, which isn't good. This is even when I set it to high quality video, etc. Basically, I have no experience encoding video within Quicktime, which is what Ableton uses internally to encode video.

Can anyone give some advice?
