Measure Marks for offline
AKIEM

For the off line player.
Im setting cue points. Some times Ive got cuts that don't start on the 'one', start kind of strange. On vinyl I can just learn how to start the cut in on time.
But, what if there were some small 'ruler marks' outside the wave display? We know the tempo. The play head is 'zero'. In each direction on the measure a small white ruler mark. Just siting there not moving or doing anything. since it looks like the zoom is x2 the marks would be good even when zooming in and out.
then I could stop using my thumb to measure :(
something like this

the yellow cue is the 'one' of the second measure
how do you find the 'one' on the first measure?
just line the track up with the ruler
now you know where to put the green cue, beat one, measure
(of course its a RZA track)
the marks would just have to align to zero (playhead) and be the length of the bpm, nothing else
and since the zoom is X2, they will still align zoom in or out

nope, not at all.
this is something pretty simple, its just markers that show the length of the measure. It wont do anything for playing tracks. Its just like holding a ruler up to the screen.
