I just ordered the new Rane/Serato mixer and I'm excited to see what it can do. Anyone know anything about this mixer that I should know? How come they didn't put a screen on it? Are they gonna? It seems like you still have to look at your computer, even though the controls are on the mixer. I want a screen!

When's the Serato DVD vinyls coming out? Someone had DVD vinyl controls at NAMM in LA and I was like "Serato has to buy this and put it out right now so I can get it". When that comes out, it's a wrap for all the equipment that's out now. Man, Pioneer f*@#ed up with those CDJs and DVDJs huh?!! Those are like the "8-Track Player" of this decade.

I'll post some comments this week when I get the mixer. I got those digital Ortofon needles too but I haven't hooked em up yet. I'll have the whole rig up soon though!
