Hey all,
I am just having the wild idea the other day, what if SSL or ITCH can actually control control analogue turntables and VCI 300 at the same time? Wouldn't it be great?
I absolutely love the VCI 300, and i must admit that having the VCI 300 for mixing is great, but for scratching I would rather go back to my analogue turntable.
ITCH is the first digital DJ'ing software that I am using, and now I am thinking of getting another DJ'ing software for my tt, I have always thinking about getting SSL; however, that would mean that I have to get another computer running SSL, as I am afraid that running ITCH and SSL together on one computer would have problems (latency, crashing etc).
It would be great if ITCH or SSL can support tt and VCI 300, and I would be able to mix on the VCI 300 and the tt , and when I want to do scratching then I would the tt. Well, I guess there would still be latency or computer "overloading problem" because the program will be running say... 2 tt's and a VCI 300.
Guys, what do you think about having ITCH or SSL to work with tt and VCI 300 at the same time? Good idea or NOT? Cheers.
