i'm looking for a new laptop to use with my vci 380... do u have recommendations?

Depends on Your Budget PC or MAC.. If no budget.. Get a 15" Macbook Pro Retina. at least 8GB if not got with 16GB cause on retina you can't upgrade the ram whatever you choose will be permanent. Or you can get a regular Macbook Pro also. And you can still upgrade the ram if needed
