Need help with Adjusting the mic/aux volume in setup screen on Serato DJ

Hey Good night Guys and Gals, I have a burning question to ask about serato DJ.
I am using a 2013 MBP with 12 gigs memory and a 1TB internal HD, and a pioneer DJ SX with Serato DJ 1.6.1. I am using an XLR cable in channel 3 on the mixer to connect my shire SM58 mic
Is there a way to raise the volume on the mic/aux volume option in setup under the mixer tab. I have the option but it is greyed out and I can't adjust it. In my research i was told to check with the controller manual. So I printed the manual and was unable to find any reference about adjusting the volume. I also printed the Serato DJ manual which pointed me also to the controller manual. It is currently set at 12 o'clock.
Any help or suggestions on the issue is greatly appreciated.

I believe that is grey out because you are using the controller. U have 2 other controls for volume on the controller.... The up fader and gain for channel 3.

Thanks Willie G I was just curious as to if i could adjust the setting there in the setup screen
