lower bit rate/itunes with serato/special tag

I operate in a number of different clubs as well as own a mobile dj company. I want to be able to understand a couple of things. First, I use itunes library with serato. So, I downloaded a track, imprted into itunes and it shows up as 32 kbps. Now if I understand correctly, play in itunes 32kbps, playing out with serato and rane mixer attached 320 kbps.
So, What happens if I record my mix?

Also, I regularly go thru my library to update and also get rid of tracks. One way to get rid of tracks is by kbps rate, too low gotta go- Maybe is there a way you can tag these whitelabel tracks seperately.

Seems like something pretty simple as this kind of site, is making this a strange process.

Hey djfolly,
WL.mp3's will play high quality if you read them through your iTunes library no problems, and they will record high quality if you are recording your mix.
As for the tagging problem, one thing you could do that might help is make sure your "Comment" field is displayed in iTunes. Any Whitelabel.net tracks will have "Downloaded from Whitelabel.net. For promotional use only" in the comment field, which might help you distiguish WL.mp3s from the real bad apples.
