Hey all,

I have a NS7, and the ddj-S1, also tech 12's with control vinyl . I would like to know if the Serato Dj is free for me or do I have to buy the new Serato Dj software. Any feed back would be great .

It won't work unless you hook your 1200s to a RANE mixer except the MP4 or TTM-57. Or the new Pioneer DJM-SRT900. Unless you use the NS7 or the DDJ-S1 plugged into and SL2, SL3, SL4.

However to answer your question yes, it would be free
