Okay - Official Information as follows..

Scratch DJ Academy would like to welcome all those who are in town for Winter Music Conference to come and meet the staff of Scratch DJ Academy Miami, and get down on the cut if your into it! Open Turntable Scratch Sessions will be held from 1pm to 6pm and all are welcome to come in and show us your style. Our staff of instructors will be on hand to jam with you, as well as some special guests, here is a tentative list of those on hand..

There is a Scratch in LA... make the trip! We've had people from all over the world come to our Miami location...

when i went in NYC there was a dude who would take the train from Philly every week

traveling is definitely not uncommon! I had a guy making a trip from Atlanta once a weekend a year back to attend my class, talk about a trooper!

I wanted hit to hit up Scratch Academy but literally got side track of going to other parties. Also was itching to cut too but anyways next year I am planning on coming next year and this time I'll come.
