Do you know what tracks are locked in Scratch Live?

If you order your tracks by Status, the left most column in your library, you should be able to see which ones are locked.

thank you for your fast reply, yes I have order my tracks by Status and I know which are locked the problem is that I can't log in, with my email address and my password? do yo have any idea why, I have register my ssl, I was wondering, maybe you guys need to update my account? I don't know.

Im sure my email address and my password are correct, I hope somebody can help!

I'm having the same trouble unlocking tracks on my ssl it tells me that my email address is incorrect and its not ?
And also i sined on today to download the new 50 cent and the asher roth songs and a small box pop up but not the page to download..

Same here last night I down loaded some tracks and ssl claims i'm using wrong email.

How do I Get The tracks from whitelabel into ssl? When I download a track where does it go, I can't get it to go into my SSl. Please Help

Same issue here. I will upload the tracks.

DJ Wonder 1...once you've downloaded the tracks you can do 1 of 2 things.

1. Open SSL and use the "import" button located just above your library

OR

2.
a. Add them to the iTunes Library (make sure SSL is NOT open)
b. Close iTunes and THEN open SSL
c. Click "setup" at the top right of SSL
d. Click the "Library" tab in setup and ensure that "read iTunes library" is checked

Once you've finished then you should see the iTunes library and playlists populated on the left-side and all of its music populate in the bottom center area.

Having the same problem with Beautiful - Akon ft. Kardinal Offishall & Colby O'Donis.

That Akon release should not be locked. If you re-download the track the problem should disappear.

Be sure to remove the track from your Scratch Live library, then delete the file itself, then add the newly downloaded track.
