How do i duplicate and automatically update my hard drive?

Hey, i'm looking for a way to automatically update my back up hard drive so that whatever I do to my primary hard drive it does exactly the same thing to the back up. I use iTunes to manage my music and I do a lot of changing to my library...adding new songs, changing names, deleting copies, organzing. Is there someone who knows how i can duplicate my primary hard drive so that my back up looks just like the primary. What i do now is i either copy my whole primary hd into my backup which duplicates every song that I haven't changed, or I delete all the files from the back up and then copy everything from the primary, but i can't do this everyday cuz it takes so long, about an hour and half...I have about 45 gb of music.
What I want is to be able to plug my back up hd in, press a button, or a couple of them, and have my back up hd updated so whatever I did to the primary hd it gets done to the back up. If i deleted a song or if i changed a name, i want it done to the back up.

With SuperDuper!, if I change the name of a song on iTunes, the id3 tag will change, so will SuperDuper! notice the change and replace the song in the back up hd, or will it just make another copy of it with the different id3 tag???
Also if I delete a song from my hard drive will SuperDuper! notice that I deleted it or will it leave it in my back up???
Thanks.

For PC I use SyncToy by Micro$oft, not automatic but free and really easy to use.

Yes, SuperDuper will note that the file has been modified, and will therefore replace the "old" copy of the file with the "new".
Yes, it will notice any deleted files, and they will not be on your backup. Basically the functionality of SuperDuper! is: "make the backup drive exactly the same as the original".

No. Time Machine does not create bootable backups, among other things.
