i have trouble with this site:

i want upload a dump File, but it stops with the message:

Side load error

the connection to the server fails!

Problem disapered!

Now i had this Problem again!

I uploaded a few large files this week with no issues.

but the problem still exits now

I'm not sure what that error is all about but I'll inform the Serato mods.

When you are uploading the file, at what stage does the error come up? Is it at before or after you've selected the file to upload and clicked on the upload button?

One thing you could try to see if the problem happens is to try to upload a dump file using the following link;

We're experiencing an unusual intermittent problem with serato.com at the moment. That will explain the blank page that you are seeing. Can you please try the following:

Click on this link (Private Messages page on scratchlive.net)
scratchlive.net

Now click on this link (serato.com upload page)
www.serato.com

Hopefully the page will display for you now.

now the serato.com link works!

But i think to know why the upload stops: the dump File is very big 827 MB!!!

Compress it with winrar for example.

That uncompressed file size for the dump is the reason as to why the upload will fail. The file size is far to large. Our web servers have limitations on the maximum allowed file size for an upload.
