Locked whitelabel file

How do I unlock whitelabel files? I can play some of them (on serato)... but 3 of them say they are locked and prompts me for email address and whitelabel password. I enter it (same address I used here) and it says "email address incorrect". What gives?

Thankyou for the help with the locked tracks I entered my e-mail and p.w. it worked for the first time. But I still cannot delete the extra copies what can I do. ( They are stuck in serato)
