2. What web browser (and version) are you using?
3. Are you using any extensions, plugins or toolbars with your web browser?
4. Can you please give me an example of a track that you were having problems with?

hey peter,

im using Windows vista on a sony vio. also im using the e internet explorer with a google toolbar with no plug in that or extentions that i know of. i tried downloading a diffrent version of "the sharam-the one" track and it didnt let me. i was able to download a couple of the other versions of this track earlier so i just wanted to test it out and it didnt save. im not too sure what the problem could be.

oh yea i also tried it with a song i hadnt tried befor the freak-a-zoid track and it was the same problem but it showed up on my download tab of the player

Thanks for your prompt reply. At this point I can't say we've come across the problem you have described in your initial post.

One thing you could try is using a different web browser to download the tracks. My suggestion would be to try firefox. This will help us to figure out if the problem is related to Internet Explorer and/or the Google Toolbar.

Yo Peter thanks for the help it worked once i installed the firefox browser. Now im able to download again.
