Hi All,

I'm not a Serato user, but my friends purchased a new mixer for their venue.
They were all proud.

the 1st DJ showed up and couldn't get the left side working with Serato properly.
They thought it was a turntable issue, so they phoned me and got me to bring in my
turntable. I brought mine in and we replaced the turntable. Thankfully the 1st
DJ was using the one controller option.

I played next (playing 45s and Traktor without vinyl controll) the next DJ showed up.
Plugged his laptop into the 57 and he started off on the right deck. When he was trying
to get the left deck to go it wouldn't work. Luckily he had his Serato box with him so he
had to pull it out and hook that up old style. Everything worked fine after that so it wasn't
the turntable....but definitely made for a rough start for him.

Any ideas? is there a firmware thing that needs to be done? A button/switch on the 57?
The folks that own the venue are not DJ savy at all so I'm trying to help them out.
