my scratch live keeps shutting down

When I turn on scratch live and my crates are uploading scratch live suddenly shuts down. i try to reload it but it keeps shutting down. I have trashed it and then uploading it again with the disc, but when it uploads my itunes it shuts down again. I have a MAC. This is frustrating because I want to play my music. Please help.......
