TTM 57 HELP RIGHT SIDE DSNT WANT TO WORK DO I NEED TO SWITCH IT TO LINE OR???

OK HERES MY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THE TTM57 I HOOKED IT UP @ THE STUDIO WHEN I STARTED WORKING THERE THE HAD IT FOR ABOUT A YR OR SO AND I HAD STARTED USING THE BOX WITH IT CUZ I DNT KNW HOW TO USE IT & DNT HAVE THE UPDATE EITHER...OK VIEWED VIDEOS ON IT DID THE UPDATE AND NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM CUZ THERES NO MANUEL HOW DO I GET THE RIGHT SIDE TO WORK IT DSNT WANT TO PLAY ON REL MODE I WORKS INTERNEL BUT IT STOPS WORKING WHEN I SWITCH IT...SECOND THE BUFFERING ON THE RECORD IS STILL RED WHERE ITS SUPPOSE TO BE GREY,I AM NOT A ROOKIE WITH SERATO BUT I AM WITH THE TTM57, IF SOMEONE CLD HELP IM PREETY SURE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S HAD THIS PROBLEM I'VE BUMPED INTO ANOTHER DJ IN A CLUB WHO COULD NOT GET THIS TO WORK AND HE'S A GOOD DJ BUT CLD NOT FIGURE IT OUT...PLEASE GO EASY ON ME! AND THANKS TO WHOM EVER HELPS OUT!!!

make sure your right deck is plugged into input 3 on the back of the mixer, then go into the ssl setup screen and also make sure there is a check mark in "3" for the input

ok does it have to be up for line or done for phono??

also, if u r using cd decks, switch the ins in the back of the mixer to line not phono

then you should have it on phono, what do the scopes look like when the tracking is red? maybe the ground is loose or a channel is screwed up

well im gonna check it but the scopes is good on the left perfect circle and the right its a short linein the middle

question how ,if i can, change the line or phono using the mixer or that only can be changed using the serato box

that can be switched in the back of the 57, there are small dip switches for each input

they even have pics of scope views for you to compare what your problem may be

YES SORRY IT TOOK WOW A FEW YRS...SMFH..BUT IT WORKED OUT WELL THANK U GUYS A WHOLE BUNCH ..NOW THE ONLY PROBLEM IS 2.5 SL...ITS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AS AN APP IT SAYS DEVELOPER NOT APPROVED..DNT KNW WHY BUT ITS NOT INSTALLING LIKE IT SHOULD LIKE A REGULAR APP SHLD)
