How to tune 1200's pitch controll using RANE TTM 57SL and Serato software

Hi All
I'm having trouble with my 1200's pitch control when using Serato and TTM 57SL mixer. 1200’s minus pitch are spot on -8 %, but when I try to pitch up 1200's Serato clocks +14% while 1200's are +8%. This is quite noticeable when I pitch up 1200’s to +0.5%, Serato is pitched up to +2%. Can someone please help and advise how can I tune 1200’s with Serato?

sounds like you need to calibrate the turntables....

I was thinking the same thing, but how is it that both turntables are pitched same way? Any way it's a start. Thanks mate. :-)

Did you buy your turntables used? Sounds to me like someone has modded them to go to +14%.
