We made some changes to the download links at the same as the new preview player was launched. I've tested these changes in all major browsers and Mac and Windows so we should be able to work through your problems.

First of all could you tell me what OS and browser (including version) you are using.

Secondly, have you tried the download links in both the preview player and on the release list and detail pages? Do you have problems in both of these or just or the other?

If you have a different web browser available (or even a completely different computer) do you experience the same problem?

I have downloaded stuff before (both before the days of the preview player and more recently) but now now am unable to download anything. When I click on the download button it takes me to a blank page (example url: www.whitelabel.net(Radio).wl.mp3

Have tried in firefox 3.0.3 and safari 3.1.2

version of os x is 10.5.5

I have tried both links in release list and preview player plus on another computer.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Sorry about that. A small glitch at our end. It's all fixed now, so your downloads will work again.
