WHY IS THE SOUND SO BAD???

I am having trouble with the downloads. I downoad them and everything i put them in my serato then i go to play them and the sound is really bad. i have the newest upgrade and my settings are all good. i just dont know what to do any one help me thanks...

these whitelabel jams are supposed to be 320kpbs only when played in SERATO, but when anoter player is used it goes down to 32kpbs.....make sure to be using SSL

Make sure you're playing them in Serato with your interface connected. With your hardware disconnected, you are previewing the files in the offline player. That will cause the files to be played at 32kbps.
