My mixer is broken!

Hi, i understood that the ttm57sl had the faders that work even when wet in it? i spilt a little amount of beer on the left channel fader, and it started smokin and the mixer went off?

Also, i live in the uk and cant find anywhere to buy a replacement channel fader?

maybe you wet the electronics in the mixer - i think the fader on its own (if pulled out from the mixer) can operate fine in liquid (as per that demonstration) but the rest of the mixer would still be vunerable to liquid

nasty... i had an incredibly drunk guy spill an entire pint through mine and apart from being a bit sticky it was fine.

I also got beer on mine and it broke one kill button and the channel/master metter switch

I know this is after the fact, but thats why I got an extended warranty from GC

FYI to anybody needing repair.

We (Rane) will be glad to service/repair your beloved mixers :)

To send the unit in for repair you will need to be issued an RA# (return authorization number). To request an RA, please e-mail me your serial number, full name, shipping address and telephone number.

Once we receive the unit, our turnaround time is typically 2-3 days.
