I tested the preview player in IE6 so should be able to use it OK.

First of all you MUST have javascript enabled. The preview player won't work without it.

But if see the pop-up window then it sounds as if you do have javascript enabled.

Then again I don't 100% understand what's happening for you. Do you mean that you DO see a pop-up window but that it's empty? Or do you not see a pop-up window at all? Or do you see the pop-up appear briefly then disappear again?

Do you have any 3rd party browser extensions or applications which might be blocking the pop-up?

For example, the Google IE toolbar includes a pop-up blocker.

Also, some anti-virus/security packages include browser tools that, amongst other things, block pop-ups.

If you have any tools which are blocking the pop-up then you should be able to add an exception which will allow pop-ups from the whitelabel.net domain.

I saw only blank pop up window. I did a reinstallation of my IE n everything seems to be fine but i cannot see that blak space for searching properly.I see only half of it. But it works so...no problem.THX

I also am experiencing this "empty address bar" page pop up when trying to preview a track prior to downloading. Several dj's that I mentioned this sight to are also experiencing this problem. Prior to the upgrading of the sight with the album covers shown, I had no problem. I am still able to download tracks with no problem, but unable to preview them. I do have java enabled.

Could you tell me which browser and OS you are using.

Reading the post above, are any of the other thoughts and suggestions I had for DJ.Astmatik relevant to you? ie. Do you have ANY 3rd party extensions, applications etc which could be blocking pop-ups?

I've tested the preview player in all major browsers on both Windows and Mac OS so you should be able to get it working correctly.

Perhaps I dont have javascript enabled, although I had no problem previewing tracks just a few weeks ago.

Yo Chris and Josh, I'm having the same problem with the preview window. How do you go by enabling your javascript?

I do have javascript enabled and I still have an empty full screen window with an empty address bar pop up when I try to preview a track. Downloading works fine. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem. I think it has to do with IE verson 7. I downloaded firefox as the my broswer and installed adobe flash player and issue resolved.
