To start out, I have:
two technics
ttm 57 sl
Macbook Pro
Western Digital External
Leopard 10.5
I went and downgraded my Mac OS X so that my external harddrive would not be as slow during a performance but when the installation was done I opened up Scratch Live and... nothing. It just shows the offline player. I have tried every usb port, even switched out the old usb to a new one. Still, nothing. What do I do? I have a gig in three days and I need my mixer by then. Please Help.

try to reinstall Scratch Live with TTM 57 hooked up to your Mac. This should fix the problem

Well it worked, but then my mixer stop being recognized again. Now I am stuck. Have tried re installing three more times now, still nothing. Any more ideas?

Do you have the 57 connected to a USB hub, splitter, router, or other USB device before connecting to your computer?

No I am not using any extra usb ports. Just using my "good" usb port for the mixer. Working off and on now, and now sometimes midway while dj'n the songs will keep playing, I have no control with the records. Then the music just cut outs.
