Feature rich software
Open Scratch Live and Ableton Live/Suite at the same time with Rane hardware attached to activate The Bridge.
The 64-bit version of Live 8.4 does not support The Bridge. Serato and Ableton are currently working together to add support for The Bridge expansion pack.
Perfect your Mixtapes
Record your performance as an Ableton Live Set, complete with song placement and fader movements. Then use Live’s collection of effects, instruments and production tools to edit, enhance and polish your mix.
Perform your beats
Load an Ableton Live set on one of your decks. The Bridge brings tight synchronization and remote control of Ableton Live to Serato Scratch Live’s interface.
Control Live's Tempo with Scratch Live
Change the tempo of your Live Set, nudge the transport position and loop Live's transport, all from the comfort of your Rane interface.
Mix and Match
Serato's Main Waveform Display gives you a visual indicator of bars and beats, so you can correctly line up the downbeat of your Live Set to a track playing on Scratch Live's virtual deck.
Locked to the Groove
Free up a deck in Scratch Live by syncing your Live Set to one of the decks. This now controls playback of your Ableton Live Set, which is automatically locked to the groove and timing of the track on that deck. Drop in spot samples, vocal drops and additional instrumentation over your DJ set.
Intelligent Audio Routing
When you control an Ableton Live set with a deck in Serato Scratch Live, an audio tunnel is created from Live's master output to the Scratch Live hardware. Ableton Live's audio is intelligently routed to match the deck you are using to control transport. No secondary audio interface is needed.
Apart from your Scratch Live hardware, using an additional dedicated controller such as Akai Professional APC40, APC20, or Novation Launchpad opens up your game for more mixing, effects handling and for triggering clips.
