The software is not reading that the MixTrack Pro is connected. I need help ASAP I bought the software to use on a float Mardi Gras Day.

I just downloaded serato dj and installed it. The program installed correctly but does not see my numark mixtrack pro controller. I selected that option when I downloaded the software.
i'm using windows 7 64 bit. Windows sees the numark but serato says no device connected.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for you post. Have you gone through the Authentication process yet? Are you able to send me a screen shot of what you are seeing?

I am having the same problem with my mixtrack pro and both Serato DJ 1.1.0 and DJ Intro it wont read the hardware at all Ive tried disconnecting from computer and dj controller, restarting computer, restarting the software. Not really sure whats going on............
