Can you please let me know your full computer specs? Also, can you please let me know if it crashes on the same file every time or just on any file that is being analyzed? Which version are you running also?

Running: Serato DJ Intro - version 1.1.0

When I open the prog I do nothing else other than click on "Analyze File".
It begins to analyze and then crashes.

Can you please let me know whether it crashes on the same track each time? If you just drag a song to the analyze button does it crash?

Now I'm dragging a screen's worth of tracks at a time w/o failure.
I believe it was crashing due to trying to analyze my whole library?

It sounds like it could be when the database is being read to check whether the tracks are analyzed or not. What file type are your tracks? Can you select the whole library and drag to analyze? If you do this does it crash?

So far it has not crashed by selecting the whole library and dragging it over, its working on it right now.
