Hi there I just want to know how to delete a crate permanently I tired control+delete and it does at the moment but when I close sera to and open it again it appears again that's my question how to delete permanently.

Are you using an external HD? If so, what format is it? Is it NTFS?

Ok good, so the format is fine. You will just need to rebuild the Database file. See here for info: serato.com
