While in the midst of using the controller The Audio will either drop out or stutter.. I notice that the green bar is maxed out.. I use a NanoKontrol 2 to work some of the functions in the program and when i press a button or move a slide it'll cause this to happen.. Also If I attempt to engaged the effects and the left channel.. The Audio will drop out every single time. Doesn't do that on the right side however the right side will lose it's setting (i.e the parameter of the effect) and I would have to turn the knob to get it back to where it was set

You might have a midi conflict happening. Check to make sure that the device number for the NanoKontrol is set at 2 instead of 1.

Thanks Justin but I don't thinks that's the case because it'll happen with out the midi controller hook up

Hey DjBoozie,
Try increasing your USB Buffer to 10MS. You can do this under the SETUP inside SERATO DJ.
We have a FAQ Troubleshooting guide for USB dropouts and audio glitches here:
serato.com
Go through this guide if you havent already and see if this resolves your issue.
Also can I get you to check the following,
Is your airport on or off?
Are you using a USB HUB?
Do you have any other devices connected to your computer?
Do you have any other applications running in the background?
If it happens again, please can you take a screenshot of the Activity Monitor CPU History window. To do this follow these steps.
1. Open Applications
2. Navigate to Utilities Folder.
3. Open Activity Monitor.
4. On your top bar under the WINDOW tab click CPU HISTORY
5. Take a screen shot of this window and send it to me.
I have attached a sample image so you know what it looks like.
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks.
