Serato rescan my entire hard drive every time I load it. take about 15 min or longer.

Are you using an external hard drive to store music?

If so, disconnect the drive and see if the same problem occurs with the external drive disconnected. This will help narrow down the problem a bit :)

It only does that with that one external hard drive. I used a old hard drive I had and it does not do that.
