Thanks for your post. In order to delete your cue points, you need to 'hold shift' on your controller and press the cue point button you want to delete on your controller.

question i have a pioneer ddj-wego & i purchase seratodj online which works great, which i am able to use it with my two laptop, but when i try to use it with my desktop, it's asking me for a serial number or voucher code which i never got when i purchase seratodj, can you please help?

You will need to activate the Serato DJ software on your desktop the same way you activated the Serato DJ license on your laptop. Please note that you will only be able to activate your Serato DJ license on two different computers at any one time, so please ensure you havent already activated your license on a second computer before activating your desktop.
