Serato video not responding and showing video (PC)

I update my Serato Itch to 2.2.2 wich is the latest till today and got serato video 1.1. I'm trying to make SV work in demo so I can try it out and then buy the serial for full version and it happens that I can't see nether the mainout or the preview of the video. Once I start itch the serato video window pops-out but it doesnot responds.

Can someone tell me how can I make it work?

Usually uninstalling an reinstalling is the only option you have.
