Rane 62 Reload Firmware

Somebody in the club just tried to update the 62 in the middle of a gig, the firmware update failed and I don't know how to reset/reload the firmware on a 62. I've done it before on a 57 not on the 61 or 62.... HELP!!!

Is the mixer INOP now?

You can't revert or reset the firmware on the 62 but I would try reverting the 62 back to factory settings by turning off the mixer, holding down the Flex FX buttons for PGM 1 and PGM2, and turn on the mixer (while holding down those buttons).
The Flex FX buttons should flash at you once telling you its been restored properly.

how about on a 68 to reset?

There is no reset option for the Sixty-Eight.

I updated to the most recent forward of serato DJ and now the mapping on my sixty is screwed up does anyone know how to recovery to factory mapping on serato DJ or in my sixty two. I've tried reinstalling srerato and resetting my sixty two and its still screwed up

either goto the MIDI tab in the set-up screen and delete the MIDI profile files or goto the serato folder and manually delete the files from the XML folder.

Hi all
Please some1 knows what to do if rane 68 Firmware Update failed ( all lights gone but usb and Display Background )
I read there is no reset and Update is only possible over serato but serato cant Connect any more Help !!!

prob need to reset it. im sure theres some protocol like the 62 holding some buttons down and powering on
