I know this is just one element of the "color" discussion, but...
I would like to see the label reversible, I want the option of a white sticker on a black label. I think it would be essayer to read and it would better match the cv02, black label, white sticker.

kinda makes sense. traditionally, the vinyl is black and you would put a white sticker on it wouldn't you?

why yes,
metalfacerecords.net
I believe this would look cleaner, and it would also match the control vinyl. white clock sticker on black label. I dont think anyones mind has problems switching back and forth, but this would be closer

definitley looks more professional! The whole GUI looks cleaner...can't explain why!? But how would this work with the colored labels?

the reason that it looks cleaner is that the two white circles surounded by the greys and reds and with the sweeping clock is going to look muddy. If the entire gui was white the whole thing would look cleaner, not suggesting that tho. and the sweeping white sticker will look cleaner because it will look as if it is glowing. Its been a while since any color theory class, but...
and I think this will work fine with the color labels, all of them are 100% combonations of r g b

yeah but you would have to have a universal text color so that would not work. if the color for text was white for example, and its on black it looks good. if it is on red it is fine. if it is on yellow you can't read it.

when you have a yellow colored file the label looks like yellow+white
(thats why we get the lovely pastels)
so reversed would be yellow+black which would be fine with white text

I've been thinking about this also! Would make more sense and the GUI looks better. This one should be easy to implement Serato!?

yup, this couldnt be that hard to do.
I know the white circles 'represent' Serato branding... but I think the BLACK circles could work too
