In each gig, I have a usb dropout when the clock goes from 23:59 to 00:00. It's a dropout during 3 or 4 seconds, but the audio is cut. I have a HP nc4200, centrino 2Mhz, 1024 RAM under XP SP2. My usb buffer size is 5. Could you help me?

If I had to guess, I would say that you might have a proccess or automatic update going on that is scheduled for midnight. When Macafee updates I get USB dropouts. I now leave my wireless connection off when I spin so Macafee can't update. That solved my problems.

also, make sure you don't expose your computer to sunlight, keep it away from water, and don't feed it anything after the usb dropout =P
