When i plug the usb output with my Mac should open SSL,but it doesn't,also the blue signal indicator is not turned on...what should i do..i need this baby on gigs...HELP....!!!!!

...Of Course YES,but,normally when you plug tge SSL or TTM 57SL the two virtual deks open immediately... with mine not.

Hey Kevin,
Try this:
Quit all programs completely.
1. Open your Macintosh HD drive.
2. Click on your HD icon.
3. Click on 'system'.
4. Click 'library'.
5. Click 'Extentions'.
6. Delete the 'SeratoScratchDriver.kext'.
Now re install SSL.
If that doesn't work please open the Applications folder and rename the Scratch Live icon so it says 'ScratchLIVE 2.4.1'.
From there, install 2.3.3 --> serato.com
Once 2.3.3 is installed you should be able to open 2.4.1.

Im planning go to Europe,electricity there is 220 v...that doesn't affect the TTM 57SL?

No.. its a universal power supply. You'll just need to get a 220v adapter.
It says you're using 10.7.4 in your profile.
Are you sure that is the OS that is installed?

Did you try this -->
