wait somebody just said the song meant don't do heroin, do cocaine. Do y'all get that from that song? Or am I the only one that listens/plays it.

It's about doing heroin. Horse is another street name for heroi, that is the reference.

A very common mixture of drugs. Many addicts shoot their heroine with coke.
