I am also experiencing this same issue after upgrading to 2.3.3.
I use the DJ effect in INT mode and upon pressing the S key -- no effect.

Hey Tony,

I started your own thread regarding your issue.

I just tried this and its working as it should.

Is the wet/dry knob for the effect turned up?
Is the effect on?
Did you select "deck 2" in the FX section to send the signal to the effect?

As long as you did all those things you should hear the echo when pressing the S key to stop the incoming audio.

I'm having an issue with the knobs.. i changed the controls in the hardware setting for the mixer.. the scroll knobs now control the ultra knob on/off and wet/dry.. but after upgrading to Lion and 2.3.3 i get no effects.. i can see the effect turn on and the knob moves.. but it doesnt filter like i have it set to.
