Hello.

My Novation Twitch won't show up as connected in Itch 2.1

After working fine the other day i tried to connect my Twitch today but it won't show up as connected in Itch. I did as following:
First i connected my twitch it lights up as usual, the touchstrips leds is moving and then both the SWIPE buttons and the HOT CUES buttons is lit and the touchstrip has a constant light.
Then i started ITCH All lights is turned off and i get the message HARDWARE DISCONNECTED.
After waiting a moment it said dont disconnect the controller because its trying to update firmware, then I get this message "There was an error updating firmware update" then the message: ERROR#:-1 and the question "do you wish to try again" when pressing yes i get the same message again and when pressing No the setup view pops up and you can go back into ITCH again and HARDWARE DISCONNECTED is still there and both decks are still gone. Then also the LOAD A and LOAD B buttons is lit up and when pressing LOAD A pad 6 and 7 is lit up and when pressing LOAD B pad 3 and 8 is lit up this is happening in DECK B pad section

Twitch is still visible in Audio MIDI setup
I can sellect Twitch in Audio MIDI setup as "use this device for sound output" and then ITCH plays songs in the "preview" player trough TWITCHs outputs and headphone output. Also other apps is able to use TWITCH as output.

What i Tried to do is following:
Rebooted several times
Turned of other usb controllers, drives etc
Turned off other audio interfaces
Reinstalled ITCH twice (After removing it with appzapper)
And I still get the same result

Sincerely

Hi Ferdinand,

Are you able to test out the unit with a different computer to see if this still happens?

Have you tried using a different USB port and USB cable?

Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer?
